As a Library Trustee, you will:

Ensure the library’s mission and goals are met.

Advocate for library funding and resources.

Collaborate with fellow trustees to make critical decisions.

Engage with the community to understand its needs.

Support programs that promote literacy, community, and lifelong learning.

Our Board of Trustees

Brielle Community Library Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is governed by a board of trustees. Trustees represent leaders from Brielle, NJ who are committed to education, literacy, and community. They bring experience from business, legal, philanthropic, and educational backgrounds.

The board is the guardian of the Library’s mission. It is the board’s responsibility to ensure that the mission remains relevant and vital to the community it serves and to monitor the success of the library in fulfilling its mission. The Brielle Community Library Association's Board of Trustees abide by the New Jersey Public Library’s Trustee Association set forth by NJ State Library, N.J.S.A. 40A:5-33.
