About the Event
FREE COMMUNITY EVENT!
Come join us for a free community class! Take in all of nature’s beauty as we practice on our beautiful lawn; balancing and twisting through a vinyasa flow that will energize and open up your body and mind. While connecting to the earth we will feel grounded and centered as we find stillness.
Registration is required. Class will be held outside on the library lawn, weather permitting. Class will otherwise be held indoors.
