FREE COMMUNITY CLASS

Mindful movement wonderful for beginners, seniors, those recovering from an injury or anyone who just wants to slow down. Learn basic, essential yoga poses to create the foundation for your practice. In this class, we will move slowly, while relieving unwanted tension and stress. We will focus on breathing and meditation techniques.

No yoga experience needed!

Registration is required. Class will be held outside on the library lawn, weather permitting and as seasonally appropriate.
