About the Event

The second novel in the series! An adolescent mystery, demonstrates the continuing growth of detective skills in fifteen (15) year-old Mike Allen, who along with his two friends Nick Johnson and Lynn Conroy, live in the seashore town of Manasquan NJ. Set in 1969, Mike and his friends follow the clues in three seemingly unrelated mysteries. In solving these mysteries, the friends are tested by heartbreak, chased by criminals, and come face to face with death for the first time in their lives. After solving each mystery, Mike, and his friends are at last presented with their greatest challenge, be the first to solve a two-hundred-year-old mystery and the treasure it may hold.

About the Author: 

Michael was raised in Manasquan, graduated Manasquan High, 1972. Married forty-six years, two sons and three grandchildren Graduated from Richard Stockton Universitywith a degree in Political Science. Michael went on to complete his teaching certification at Graduate Studies Georgian Court University. Former Director of Logistics Management Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University,   Daytona Beach, Florida. Former Manager of Financial Services Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University,   Prescott, AZ. Retired Teacher of Social Studies, Lake Riviera Middle School, Brick High, Brick NJ. Current National Board-Certified Teacher of Social Studies, Adolescent and Young Adult, Current NJEA UniServ Consultant.
