About the Event
Join Pink Moon for Mommy & Me yoga for adults & children aged 15 months to 4 years. Family life is often busy, hectic and over scheduled. Children are often the first to feel the effects of all this rushing around. Mommy & Me Yoga allows parents and caregivers the opportunity to reconnect with their children while gaining important physical and mental benefits for themselves. Classes will incorporate music, books, songs and movement to make it fun and interesting for both kids and adults. Age-appropriate yoga poses will be introduced and children will have the opportunity to focus on body and spatial awareness, balance, and mindfulness. The program will be held on Fridays at 9:30am for 60 mins. Pink Moon Yoga and Wellness is offer this class as a four week program,
