About the Author:
Following a transformative solo trip to Sedona, Arizona in 2018, Lorene founded Tripping Adventures as a way to gather small groups on curated personalized trips that blend spirituality and connection. Lorene is a registered yoga instructor [500HR] and Sound Practitioner with over two decades of dedicated personal practice. Many of the passages in Trippy Tuesdays have been inspired through her teaching, travel, hiking, and other personal experiences. Lorene is a local resident of Brielle with her husband, Eliot and two adult sons, Alex and Danny. She cherishes time spent with her family, especially while cooking together or embarking on travel adventures.
